Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Turnamio is a platform for running football, futsal and esports tournaments. The platform is operated by Stefan Skrbic, a private individual from the Republic of Serbia. For any questions, write to podrska@turnamio.com.

2. Account and organization

• You must be at least 15 years old to open an account.
• You open an account with your email or Google account. You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account.
• The person who registers an organization becomes its Head Admin and is responsible for the team they invite (admins and scorekeepers).
• The information you enter must be accurate. You may not pretend to be another person, club or organization.

3. Content you enter

The organization owns the data it enters: tournament names, teams, players, results, crests, sponsor logos and images. You give us the right to store this data and display it on the pages you choose to share (live table, TV screens, the organization's public page, share images).

• Upload only images and logos you have the right to use.
• Enter players' names only with their consent. For minors, consent is given by a parent or guardian.
• Offensive, unlawful or third-party protected content is not allowed.

4. Public display

The live table, TV screens, the organization's public page and the images you upload are visible to anyone with the link. Do not enter information you do not want to be public (for example private notes in a tournament name). Players' emails are never shown publicly.

5. Packages, payment and ads

• The Start package is free. With it, a short Turnamio ad is shown from time to time on the live page and TV screens.
• Paid packages (monthly or yearly subscriptions) and one-off passes for a single tournament are bought in the Turnamio app on Google Play, and later on the App Store. The price, what the package includes and how long it lasts are shown clearly before purchase.
• A package applies to the organization it was bought for and unlocks the same options in the app and in a browser on a computer.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) no later than one day before it expires; the package stays active until the end of the period already paid, after which the organization moves to the Start package. Tournaments and data stay saved.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google, under the Google Play Store rules.
• We may change prices and package contents; a change does not apply to a period already paid, and we announce it in advance.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the platform running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. For important tournaments, we recommend saving the report (PDF or Excel) when they finish.

7. Locking and deletion

• We may temporarily lock or close an account or organization that breaks these terms.
• You can delete your organization and your account yourself, in the app. Details are on the Delete account page.

8. Liability

Turnamio is a tool. The organizer is responsible for running the tournament, prizes, competition rules and relations with participants. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by incorrectly entered results or by interruptions to the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce important changes on the platform or by email. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you are considered to have accepted it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Serbia.
