Deleting your account and data

You can delete your Turnamio account, organization and tournaments yourself, in the app, without waiting. Deletion is permanent.

Deleting a tournament

  1. Log in and open the list of tournaments.
  2. Next to the tournament, click “Delete”. For a tournament that has started, type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting an organization

Only the Head Admin can delete an organization. All of its tournaments, results, teams, players, sponsors, team members and invitations are deleted.

  1. Open “Organization” in the admin menu.
  2. At the bottom of the page, under “Delete organization”, type the exact name of the organization and confirm.

Deleting your account

This deletes your login (email and password), your membership in all organizations and your player profile with its photo.

  1. Click “My account” at the top of the admin panel.
  2. Click “Delete my account” and confirm.

If you only have a player profile, open your profile (the “My player profile” page) and click “Delete my account” at the bottom.

If you are the only Head Admin of an organization, first delete the organization or give someone on the team the Head Admin role. That way no organization is left without an owner.

Can't log in? Send a deletion request from the email the account was opened with to podrska@turnamio.com. We delete the account and data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What is kept after deletion

Nothing in the app. Data disappears from database backups within 30 days at the latest. Images already shared on social media stay where they were posted, because they are not with us.
